Today

Bob dylan learned guitar and harmonica and made a rock and roll band called "the Golden Chords" in highschool. In college he started playing folk songs in coffee houses and he started listening to blues music. I got this from Allmusic.com which is trustworthy because it is relevant and this other guy got his info from here

Bob Dylan

I know: he was born Robert Allen Zimmerman. He was known for his protest songs and played a role in the urban folk movement in the 60's and 70's

I want to know: How he started his career in music. His past. His influences. And his impact on later musicians.

my blog things

i added the "shit my kids ruined" blog cause its funny and shows stuff kids do that pisses off their parents. I also did the "music blogs catalogue" cause it has all types of music blogs on there and you can choose a genre of music you want to read about. So people like me dont have to read about country crap that they hate and people who hate rock dont have to read about that. You can choose what you want to hear about and its great. Plus i love music a lot and it fuels my life so reading a blog about it would actually be interesting and something i could relate to and actually enjoy reading.

The itsy bitsy spider got lost on my deck...

My mom found this spider... and it was on my deck. it was tiny but  briiiight bright yellow. We didnt know what it was so naturally i took some pictures and sent them to a one Mr. Timothy Sanborn and asked what it was... of course he didnt answer me so i put it in a little container and kept it until school started... i couldnt figure out what it ate... i threw some leaves in there to make it seem more homey and a dead fly i found... but it obviously wasnt enough... after about a week of having it @ my house school started and i brought it in for Mr. Sanborn... he didnt know what it was or ate either... its been about another week since school started and the spider still hasnt eating anything and it has molted or whatever... it got new skin. Today i used Mr. S's laptop to figure out what kind of spider it was... at first i thought it was a crab spider but the website said they got the name "crab spider" because they were similarly sized to a crab... this was definitely not the case... so i searched it some more. I looked up images of tiny yellow spiders on google images until i found a match. then i looked for ones that had the name of the spider in the information. i found one that said it was a "goldenrod spider" so i researched those. They sounded the right size and shape and all... i read the site and found out that they eat things like honey bees and grasshoppers. They hide in yellow plants (like goldenrod) for hours at a time and then they grab their prey with their long front legs and inject their venom into their food. then they suck the animal dry. their venom allows them to hunt things much bigger than themselves.... Pretttyyyy neat huh?! Yah... i know. :P
